Gerald Schaufler
He spent most of his working experience in the Austrian venture capital industry. He worked for TecNet Capital and co-founded PONTIS Capital, which are two of the major players in the field of the Austrian early stage financing. In 2008, Gerald started his own company as consultant for technology companies and specialized in subsidies and funding. He established the Entr.ance-Network (www.entrance.co.at) for high quality technology funding and acts also as co-chairman of AICO, an upper Austrian Business Angel Network (www.aico.co.at). Gerald holds an academic degree in Business Administration as well as a Master of Science.
Prof. Siegfried Bauer heads the Institute for Soft Matter Physics (SOMAP) at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz / Austria. He contributes his experience in working with organic sensor technologies.
Friedrich Eibensteiner
He is founder and CEO of prelonic and an innovative entrepreneur with 10 years of experience in building high tech companies. Prior to starting prelonic he has been managing and growing high tech companies in the fields of printed electronics and transponder technology.
Eibensteiner got his PhD at the Johannes Kepler University of Linz after his studies of Technical Chemistry and Economics. Leaving the University he worked from 1994 to 1997 with a consulting company in the environmental and agricultural area. From 1997 to 2000 he ran his own consulting company (SYSAN – Systemic answers) in the technology segments Biotechnology and Systems Analysis, before he joined the Trierenberg Group and built up the Systems Integrator for Transponder Technology TRICON. Before founding prelonic he was CEO and Managing Director of the Nanoident Organic FAB GmbH, which he built up.
Prof. Bernhard Jakoby is head of the Institute for Microelectronics and Microsensors at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz / Austria. He helps isiQiri in developing and optimizing read-out electronics for the Q-Foil.
